Happy New year & saying good bye!

I spent New Year's eve at the casino, although i saw the new year begin inside of Ms. Southwind. The casino's in the south allow you to park in their parking lots. I was amazed at how many campers there was during the Christmas & New year week parked at these casino's.

My friend gets free rooms from gambling but because so many people want to spend their Christmas and New Years at the casino's getting rooms wasn't possible. Well that is the advantage of your home being on wheels ... hehe

Before the new year rang in, my back just couldn't take anymore and so i excused myself and headed back to Ms. Southwind. I watched the ball fall on the tube in New york and then went to bed. If it hadn't been so foggy and dreary i could of had some very beautiful pictures for you all. But the entire week has been so foggy that even though the beach was only feet away from me, you couldn't see it!!

New Year's Day i said good bye to my friend. My friend is moving to a new park and so New Year's day was a sad day. Although we are going to only be about 10 miles away, I'm sure i will not being seeing my friend much. I guess that happens with the life style we live. Eventually it's time to part ways. Good friends come and go and the memories will always stay with you. My friend went to their new home and i will return back to my temporary home in a few days.
